With mind control programming methods such as brainwave entrainment technology, the road to improving one’s life and to achieve great success is not as far as some people think.Brainwave entrainment allows you to unlock your mind’s true potential, which is a key aspect for self-improvement in your life.Every human being has the potential to multiply their ability, including learning, concentration, and memory and so on by use of brainwave entrainment methods.

Brainwave technology has been in use for many years, but it has only gained popularity in recent years as people continue discovering its benefits. It is sometimes referred to as ‘brainwave synchronization’; brainwave entrainment covers all the practices aimed at causing the brain’s frequency to fall into the intended state of mind. This is usually done by using special medical software. The human brain exists in different states depending on what an individual is doing, their activity levels and their consciousness of the surrounding.

Each of these states can bring out various gifts from within a person ranging from an increased mental ability, enhancement in their IQ, increased mental focus and alertness levels.Other states bring aboutrelaxation, improved immune system and sleep patterns, stressrelief, improved health, etc., while others accelerate a person’slearning abilities. All these modes of positive mind control programming can be easily brought about by the use of brainwave entrainment methods such as listening to bin aural beats. Bin aural beats are not only readily available, but they are also easy to use. How do bin aural beats work? Bin aural beats introduce sculpted sounds with varying frequencies into the ear. This difference is picked by the cortical located in the cerebral cortex.

After picking up the different frequencies, the cortical fires the neurons to produce a frequency state, which matches that of the frequency variations from the bin aural beats.Simply put, using bin aural beats enables one to bring about a certain state of mind depending on the goal they want to achieve. If one needs to become more creative, to re-programme their minds or to get better mental focus, then brainwave entrainment can help them.Unlike hypnosis, one does not require any form of training to use the method, and neither is there a learning curve. With brainwave, particularly bin-aural beats, one just needs to plug in earphones and play a CD in a quiet room.

In addition, using brainwave entrainment for positive mind control programming has been proven scientifically. The method has been used widely in the scientific and medical fields to harness mind power and to create positive thoughts, which are integral aspects in the healing process. The technology is popular in these fields because it targets specific problems. For instance, if one needs to think better, the Beta wave frequencies are targeted. If one desires to learn more or to absorb more information the Alpha wave frequencies are targeted and so on.This means that whatever the area one wants to improve in their lives, there is a certain frequency that can be invoked to yield the expected results.

Binaural Beats for Manifesting Abundance

By Nancy Stremmel

Beware of those who tell you that gimmicks will help you manifest abundance. It’s not about gimmicks but about whom you are and what your experiences have been. The blocks we have to changing our present financial status are internal and will prevent us from manifesting abundance. The blocks are old programs replaying in our subconscious – which originated while our conscious mind was in charge, or thought it was in charge.

If you hear a voice within you say, ‘You are not a painter,’ then by all means paint… and that voice will be silenced. ~Vincent Van Gogh

Vincent Van Gogh was right about our subconscious learning from our experience. This is one way to change our memories, but it is not easy to go head to head against your subconscious.

There are two easier ways to change your subconscious messages, thus allowing us to manifest abundance. The first we mentioned in the last article – Ho’oponopono. This Hawaiian method clears all old messages if you keep at it, day in and day out. It requires commitment but it certainly works. You simply have to understand that most of what you think is data, data, data and will not move you forward to inspiration or clarity or abundance.

Ho’oponopono teaches that we are 100% responsible for everything in our lives. What we are experiencing right now has been brought about by our beliefs, and the programs replaying. Do Ho’oponopono and Divinity via your super conscious or higher mind will clear away the garbage. The other way is to use binaural beats.

What are Binaural Beats?

The other way is to change subconscious messages by using binaural beats for meditation, or guided meditation. Binaural beats must be used with stereo headphones, and a stereo wave input. Using your MP3 player is not going to do it. You need a wave format.

An example of how binaural beats works is that the left headphone will input a frequency of, say, 12 hz, and the right headphone will input a frequency of 22 hz, and your brain will find the difference. The Corpus Callosum will coordinate a brain frequency of 10 hz, which is middle level Alpha. Alpha (8 hz to 12 hz) is the best frequency for focus and concentration. Alpha is the frequency that Silva Method meditators learn to achieve for their activities. Most successful users of the Law of Attraction use Alpha for their visualization sessions because it is focused, and calm.

Theta (4 hz to 7 hz), or Delta (1 hz to 4 hz) I find, are wonderful frequencies for deep meditation. This is the frequency I use when I want to listen to my higher mind or to inspiration from Creator/Source/Divinity. Now, it is hard to stay awake during Delta because there is less body awareness, but with practice it can be done.

Gamma brain waves are a newer discovery. Beta is 12 hz to 20 hz and this is our normal, energetic, wide awake but somewhat stressed frequency. Gamma is faster, running at 20 hz to 40 hz. It is not more stressed, however, but more compassionate. Gamma is common among the most disciplined and experienced meditators. Gamma is associated with high levels of compassion, high intelligence, high self control and natural happiness. People with higher Gamma frequency also are known to have increased sensory experience and great memories.

Using Binaural Beats to Change Your Subconscious Memories:

Beta is the normal brain frequency for your conscious mind. At Beta, your conscious brain is wide awake and is operating as the guard at the gate of your unconscious. Your unconscious is millions of times more powerful than your conscious mind, so once an idea passes from your conscious to your unconscious, it will be replayed over and over again.

So, let’s say you’re sitting at the breakfast table. You are 10 years old and your father is teaching you something. You know your friends are waiting and you are anxious to leave. Your father senses your impatience, smiles and sends you off to play even while calling you an “impatient, ungrateful child…”. This will be defended against, and will not seep into your unconscious because you are in Beta.

But let’s say you are in school and have been bored by the teacher’s repetition of the spelling lesson and you are looking out the window at the park, imagining yourself playing outside. You are probably in Alpha, or even Theta while daydreaming. The teacher calls on you and you didn’t hear either the question or the context, but you do hear your name and see the teacher’s face. You look up but can’t answer. The other kids laugh and the teacher tells you to “pay attention”. You internalize some criticism and perhaps some shame at this situation. This does make it past the gate into your unconscious because the guard (always in Beta) was not there at the Alpha-Theta level. In the future, you may experience some anxiety, and perhaps shame when you are a participant during a spelling lesson.

Perhaps you want to be a writer. You find that you have a resistance to writing, not realizing that you have some sense of criticism or shame while you are working on your craft. You are not going to remember what happened in school when you were a child, but since your subconscious remembers and repeats everything, you might find that you are afraid to send your work off to a publisher – out of shame and fear of criticism.

You can change that subconscious memory using Ho’oponopono or by using brainwave entrainment or binaural beats to get to alpha or theta. You can then feed a new message into your subconscious. “I am a great speller and a great writer and any publisher who reads my work will enjoy it.”

Positive Messages:

This was an example of a positive message. Sometimes people think that simply repeating positive messages will reverse their negative memories or negative messages. I cannot emphasize enough that repeating a message during a Beta brainwave frequency is not going to get to your subconscious – no matter how sincere you are.

You will only have access to your subconscious when your mind is in an Alpha or Theta or Delta frequency. So, if you think positive messages are valuable, learn to meditate or get a good binaural beat package.

Meditation Made Easy

Amplifyd from – www.binauralbeatsonline.com

For anyone who has tried to meditate on a regular basis you will know that it is not always easy.

First finding the time to put aside for meditation can be difficult and then turning off the mind chatter and making good use of your time can be even harder.

I am a big believer in easy meditation. I understand the benefits of long and intense meditation sessions.

However I really think that a person can get a huge amount of benefit from a simple 10 – 20 minute meditation session at some point during the day.

Set Time Aside

I have never been good at sticking with a regular meditation schedule. After trying for some time I decided that in order for meditation to work for me it would have to be flexible. By flexible I mean that my meditation sessions would have to spontaneously fit within my day.

I no longer try to wake up early and meditate before my day begins. For one thing I often ended up falling back to sleep and then after several days of this I would inevitably give up.

Now I tailor my short meditation sessions to suit my day. Sometimes I will do it in the morning; other times I do it while sitting at a park around lunch time. Other times I take a few moments after dinner to tune out and relax. Basically I do whatever works on any given day.

If you are having a hard time setting a regular time aside for your meditation sessions, don’t beat yourself up, just find another way that works for you.

Use an External Stimulus

When you only have a short period of time to meditate you want to make every second of that time count. It can often take quite a few minutes to turn off the mind chatter and truly tune out and tune within.

I found that listening to a binaural beats recording during my meditation session made a huge difference for me. The binaural brainwave audio almost immediately helped me to relax and begin meditating. The feeling you get from meditation with binaural beats must be felt in order to understand. Basically I feel a little like I am floating and my conscious mind feels a little like it goes to sleep.

There are numerous binaural beat recordings that can be used with meditation but I found that the meditation binaural beats from The Unexplainable Store that are designed specifically for deep meditation have always worked best for me.

The recording is not very long so it is perfect for busy people who want to make the most out of their quick meditation break and reap the benefits that would normally be associated with much longer sessions.

Keep It Simple

Meditation becomes a real bother if you try to complicate it. My advice is to keep it simple, keep your sessions short until you are able to work up to longer meditations and use binaural beats to help get the most out of your time. All it takes is a few minutes a day of deep meditation to feel like a more relaxed, centered and rejuvenated person.

See our Unexplainable Store Review for more information on how binaural beats work and the different recording options for meditation.

Binaural Beats are auditory artifacts made of frequencies which drive the pattern present in your brainwaves to reach a preferred state of mind. These beats are especially effective in order to reach a desired state of mind or consciousness, target=”_blank”>personal development , spiritual growth as well as other developments. In Binaural Beats two slightly different frequencies are delivered in each ear with the help of a pair of headphones. As a result our brain gets influenced by the frequencies projected by the beats. Suppose, 207 hertz is delivered in the right ear and 205 hertz is delivered on the left, this indicates that a new brainwave of about 2 hertz is being produced. The frequencies present in the brainwaves have a great effect on all the things whatsoever happens in your life. Like if you are in a happy mood, feeling pleased, active, motivated, dreaming, productive or in other conscious state, then your brain is in tuned to a specific frequency. These binaural beats are real and have been scientifically proved hemi sync alternative audio tools with the assurance to prove effective.

There are four frequency ranges used for tones, they are Alpha, Beta, Theta and Delta. Theta frequency ranges from 4 hertz to7.9 hertz which helps in solving behavior and addiction problems, promotes creativity and helps to attain a deep state of meditation. Alpha frequency ranges from 8 hertz to 13.9 hertz indicating a state of relaxation and before falling into a deep sleep and super learning. Beta frequency ranges from 14 hertz to 40 hertz assists in gaining productivity and energy. These beats are really safe but you must not use them while driving to operating with any kind of heavy machinery.

It is a well known fact that everybody leads a very stressful life today and we are always in tension. In order to overcome the stress of life it is important to have a good night’s sleep. Sleep not only helps us to recover from stress but also helps to increase immunity. It repairs our body and reproduces cells in the skin, brain, blood and muscles. But now days, people are suffering from sleep disorders like insomnia. Insomnia has a negative affect on our body and degrades our health. Meditation for sleep is a very effective method by which we can solve our sleep problems. It is also highly recommended by doctors today.

Meditation for Sleep helps you to relax your mind and relaxed state if mind helps us to fall and remain asleep. Therefore it is suggested to meditate for 15 minutes before sleeping and 15 minutes when you wake up. But people generally make mistake while doing Meditation for Sleep. They actually try to use meditation to go to sleep but this will never work and make it harder for you to go to sleep. The main function of meditation is to slow down your body and mind in order to reach a point where you naturally fall asleep.

Therefore, we come to the conclusion that Binaural Beats and Meditation for Sleep both are important to solve different problems of our life.

Binaural Beats

Amplifyd fromwww.howdoimeditate.com

This article is designed to give you some insight into the relatively new technology of Binaural Beats. Binaural Beats are specific frequencies that can bring you into a profoundly deep state of meditation within minutes using the latest innovations in sound technology. They utilize a specific audio mixing technique designed to alter the listener’s brain wave activity. By sitting or lying down in a quiet environment and wearing headphones these beats can be used to create Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwave patterns.

When brainwave patterns change it has been documented that there is also a change in chemical reactions within the body which can have a profound effect on your entire physical structure. In effect these beats have the same impact and benefits of a deep meditative state akin to hypnologic trance or transcendental mediation. Now very few people can enter such deep states of hypnosis and transcendental meditation takes a lifetime to perfect. So the immediate benefits of using binaural beats is apparent.

An added benefit of using such technology is that the states it creates allow you to access the subconscious parts of the mind. Those parts that are subliminal and just below the conscious threshold. Binaural beats can be used with many other self improvement tools (such as subliminal recordings, affirmations or visualization etc.) to increase your personal development dramatically as it creates deep states of relaxation and can put you into Alpha and Theta states. Therefore they can be used as an aid to alter beliefs, heal emotional issues or create behaviour changes. They can even be used for a quick energy boost. It is believed that by using binaural beats you can:

1. Create deep states of meditation.
2. Boost your intelligence and creativity.
3. Slow aging.
4. Create remarkable emotional changes at a very deep level.
5. Eliminate Stress & anxiety.

The beauty of binaural beats is that they can be used to induce these states and create these changes with no effort on the part of the listener. You just wear a set of headphones and let the sound technology do the rest.

The discovery of binaural technology is mostly accredited to Dr. Gerald Oster. Oster first published research about binaural beats in 1973 in Scientific American after he had conducted extensive studies. However, this is not as well known, binaural beats where in fact first discovered as far back as 1839 by an Associate Professor, at the University of Berlin, called Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. Dove accidentally discovered that when two similar sounds, that are only slightly shifted in frequency, are given separately to left and right ear they cause a pulsation or beat type effect within the brain.

However, it was Dr. Oster who uncovered the full benefits of using this new technology when he discovered the effects that binaural beats have on the mind and body.

There are many producers of binaural beat technology competing in the market today. It is possible to create your own with the proper software. However, an in-depth knowledge of brainwave patterns and their effect on the mind and body is advisable before ever trying to create your own. There are many forum threads on the web that claim binaural beats have had a negative or even damaging effect on certain listeners. For that reason I believe it is safer to stick to the tried and tested pre-made recordings that are available for a reasonable fee. You can purchase separate binaural beat recordings to induce almost any emotional state or you can even enrol on a binaural beat program for self improvement that takes several years to complete.

I, myself, have no experience of any damaging effects due to the use of binaural beats. However, if you are using binaural beats for personal development purposes their use can be uncomfortable. All my experiences have been extremely positive, although not always pleasurable. Let me explain.

ECC machines have been used in the past to monitor the brain activity of life-long meditaters. While in a deep meditative state, these meditational experts, displayed alpha, theta and delta brainwave patterns. These are the very states that binaural beats create.

Alpha wave patterns in the brain occur in a relaxed state and during this time we are very susceptible to suggestion. This is the state that you enter during hypnosis. Theta brainwaves allow for the absorption of huge amounts of information while Delta brainwaves are most apparent when you enter a state of deep but dreamless sleep. It is the Delta state that is the main aim of such practices as transcendental meditation. Although for many entering the delta state while fully conscious can be very relaxing, for most it is not, for it is during such brain activity that internal change occurs.

By bringing the listener into this extremely deep state of meditation, binaural technology, can activate major positive changes in your emotional, mental and physical make-up. Now this can be a profoundly life altering experience. You will find past buried memories resurface as the beats direct your brain to restructure its neural network and raise your “comfort level” to a new high. After several listening session you find yourself less stressed out than before and your reaction to situations, that in the past would have sent you screaming round the halls, much more composed. The technology literally eliminates negative emotional, mental and physical patterns. The discomfort I spoke of earlier comes from the restructuring of your brain’s neural network as old buried uncomfortable memories are triggered in the brain before the connecting emotional response is wiped away. You are still left with the memory of the event but you no longer have any emotional attachment to it. Don’t worry, for some reason, it doesn’t affect positive memories! It may be due to the natural state of the mind and body, for this system of mind/body is always seeking equilibrium and harmony, which tends to lead to feelings of joy and happiness.

Binaural beats is a proven technology that can create brainwave changes which alter your mood and changes the chemical reactions in your body to encourage faster healing and harmonious interaction between cells. However, there is currently research being conducted to determine if these beats can actually direct the brain to reformat DNA encoding. If this is possible the possibilities are almost limitless – decrease in illness, genetic disorders, a reversal of aging etc.

If personal development and self improvement isn’t your main aim for investigating binaural beats (and don’t want to get younger) then the single recordings designed to induce specific mind/body changes is enough. You can get recordings for an energy boost, meditation, to spark the creative areas of the brain, induce deep sleep and even one that acts like a digital drug!

All these changes happen effortlessly and easily. All you need is a pair of stereo headphones and a comfortable chair. The recording does the rest.

Lucid Dreaming Through Brainwave Entrainment

Frederik can Eeden and marquis d'Hervey de Sai...Image via WikipediaBy Vijay Agrawal

Dreams may not be real but they are a reality of life. Very often you are left totally terrified and you suddenly wake up to realize that it was just a dream – yet the fear and panic are very real. Sometimes you wish for something to happen and it materializes in dream. You wake up to find that nothing has changed and you wish the dream could have lasted longer! This is the unreal reality of dreams.

Dreams are both a barometer of your emotional health and a natural process of emotional release to provide you opportunities for self-healing. They are symbolic indicators of your current behavior pattern and emotional state that require correction. Sometimes the pattern gets resolved when the dream percolates into the waking state and you knowingly or unknowingly adjust your response. However, the art of lucid dreaming gives you full control on the script of your dreams.

Can you take charge of your dreams?

Would it not be nice if you can take control of the state of dreaming just as you control activities in your waking hours? If you think that it is difficult or not possible – you are wrong. In fact, you can easily learn to take charge of your dreams. In order to understand that, first read this basic but useful information about the role and importance of brainwaves.

Your brain controls all your mental and emotional states; whether we you are dreaming, sleeping, thinking, worried, tense, or relaxed. And the brain in turn is controlled by different brainwaves depending upon what you are feeling and doing. The brainwaves connected to dreams lie in the theta region, 4 – 7 Hz; the delta waves (1 – 4 Hz) prevail when you are fast asleep. When you are active and waking your brain will be dominated by alpha waves (7-13 Hz). This information will help you understand how to create awareness in dreams in order to control them.

The art of lucid dreaming

When you are sleeping your brain goes into the low frequency realm of delta brainwaves. When dreaming starts the brainwaves go into the theta region. So, what can you do to become alert but still continue to dream? The trick lies in developing expertise to pick up some alpha waves whereby you are awake, and then quickly falling back to theta state of dreaming. So, now what has happened is that you are mentally alert and yet are dreaming! This is what lucid dreaming is all about. Brainwave entrainment beats make it extremely easy for you.

Brainwave entrainment music

Brainwave technology offers a convenient way to achieve it. There are music recordings of sounds such flowing river, rain, ocean waves, waterfall, gong, etc but are embedded with brain entrainment beats that are designed for lucid dreaming. These beats directly guide your brain to desired brainwave states. You can choose from three forms of entrainment: binaural beats are probably used most commonly and need headphone; monaural beat recordings do not require headphone and are more effective than binaural beats; and isochronic tone recordings, which are the most effective.

Learning the art of lucid dreaming by listening to music embedded with brainwave entrainment beats is going to be highly rewarding for you. By giving proper directions to your dreams, you can gain emotional freedom from a lot of unresolved conflicts manifesting through dreams.

Meditation and self-hypnosis have been the usual ways to go into the lower frequency brainwave states. But now advances in the brainwave entrainment technology have made it possible to get into any desired brainwave state easily, merely by listening to music embedded with some special beats. Among these beats are binaural beats, monaural beats, and isochronic tones. The later two are far more effective. They have been used gainfully for a diverse range of applications, lucid dreaming is just one among them. In fact, you can use them for enhancing creativity, gaining deep relaxation, confidence building, enhancing memory power, and so on.

Self-awareness is the foundation of every self-growth program and it is always beneficial to learn about various dimensions of self-awareness.

Brainwave entrainment meditation is just wearing a music headset and listening. It is so easy… but is it? Can brainwave entrainment meditation be as effective as it is professed as being or do you think it only a hoax? Does brainwave entrainment meditation impact our brain cells, stimulate our thinking potential, improve each of our problem-solving capabilities and creativeness or could it be only in our imagination? The answer then is it is not just a farce, and yes it does exist. Next are a few of the reasons that will more deeply impress an acceptance on these statements:

1. Brainwave entrainment meditation just is not an art form. It is a tried, analyzed, and proven technological fact, that is certainly considered to work and do wonders for humanity. Not going through the whole process and claiming it to be a fraud could be the absolute height of immaturity.

2. When you evaluate the scientific effects, items like the different types of waves inside our head and in what ways their fluctuations have an impact on each of our day to day activities is plainly known. Exactly how brainwave entrainment meditation has an impact on those waves is also realized.

3. Brainwave entrainment meditation makes the mind operate in a manner that makes you a lot more aware of the power and potential in your thoughts. This is certainly a fact of which we’re not generally aware but… it is technologically proven.

4. Brainwave entrainment meditation resembles performing exercises. Exercising lets you develop muscles and feel healthier, whereas comparable benefits are accomplished for your mind utilizing brainwave entrainment meditation. The effects are only able to be sensed and observed, additionally, the results are not obvious as they are using workouts.

5. Mozart is recognized as a master or one of the best concert music composers on earth. Lots of people have said that they are transported to another world whenever they hear Mozart’s music or music of his contemporaries like Strauss, Bach, and Vivaldi. This sensation can properly be referred to as brainwave entrainment meditation.  Just how do we proclaim it is brainwave entrainment meditation when we are not engaging in anything at all but listening to music? Exactly what does this say? Once the symphony music pieces were taken for examination, it was subsequently scientifically proven that there was clearly a significant difference in the frequency of one’s brainwaves each time a person heard that music. Now did Mozart compose this music concerned about the brainwave entrainment meditation result his music would have? No, he constructed it only for the love of music. What happened associated with brainwave entrainment meditation was just a favorable side-effect.

This certainly should clear up any of the suspicions of people that believe brainwave entrainment meditation is a lie, because a fact is typically discovered inadvertently and its effects are verified scientifically, but a sham is done and propagated by dishonest minded people who have nothing to prove but would like to generate extra income, and trick normal men and women.  This is certainly one reason such shams are never scientifically confirmed. If you are even now not convinced, then you are the person who looses.

What is Binaural Brainwave Entrainment?

Binaural beats are those frequencies originating from the brain that get stimulated whenever there is a difference in the frequencies of the tone that is heard through the left ear and the right ear simultaneously. The binaural beat that originates from the brain compensates for the difference in the frequencies caused by the music to which we are listening. This method of stimulating the binaural beat from the brain is known as Binaural Brainwave Entrainment. Do not interpret the word ‘beats’ to be some strange drum beats or the ones that we hear in our regular music. These beats are essentially the ones which originate from the mind. The tones that we hear are just an external stimulus to initiate the stimulation. The tones that are heard for this stimulation activity are primarily measured, flowing, slow and calming in nature. These tones are usually a combination of Indian traditional music used in conjunction with some electronic synthesizers. The disciples of this discipline called binaural brainwave entrainment do not look at it just as a piece of science but look at is as a therapy. They believe that binaural brainwave entrainment has therapeutic qualities and has the potential to prevent and cure a lot of diseases. In this article, we’ll not look at the diseases that could be treated with binaural brainwave entrainment but look at what are the different binaural brainwave entrainment waves and history related to binaural brainwave entrainment’s discovery.

There are primarily four types of waves that keep fluctuating inside our brain. They are delta, theta, alpha, and beta. Each of these waves has its different purposes and frequencies. If we look at the delta wave, the frequency range essentially is .1 to 3 Hz. This wave is associated with a state of deep and dreamless sleep. The theta wave has a frequency of 3 to 7 Hz and this wave is associated with day-dreaming, imagination, inspiration, recalling old memories, etc. Next comes alpha wave which has a frequency of 7 to 13 Hz and is usually associated with people who are in a state of relaxation, calmness, etc. Meditation is usually a state related to alpha waves. Beta wave is the most active of the waves and it has a frequency range of 14 Hz. This is the state when the person is more active and awake.

Now let us look at the history of binaural brainwave entrainment. The field of binaural brainwave entrainment was discovered by Heinrich Weilhelm Dove in 1839. Sadly no one paid attention to his work to give it necessary exposure. Several years later, another person called Gerald Oster submitted a short article on binaural brainwave entrainment to a particularly popular publication in 1973. Though it was not entirely a unique article, as it was a kind of a mixture of independent research information on binaural brainwave entrainment, people liked it for its uniqueness and the innovative way in which it was put across. The people who read and went through the article thought the article to be strong enough and made it as a basis for further research. That is how the whole concept of binaural brainwave entrainment came into existence. Binaural brainwave entrainment has come a long way from then and now has become an immensely powerful medical tool.
